Computational codes

I keep some of my code at GitHub, the profile name is datafl4sh. You may be interested in DiSk++ and Proton, which are two numerical libraries that I developed.

Recently a little community formed around these libraries, so I am not the only developer anymore. You can find all the details doing a git log on the repos.

  • DiSk++: A template library for discontinuous skeletal methods. This code is a development platform for polyhedral discretization methods like dG, HDG and HHO. The code is capable of solving different problems like:
    • Scalar diffusion [hal]
    • Highly oscillatory elliptic problems using Multiscale HHO [hal]
    • Linear elasticity
    • Eigenvalue problems [hal]
    • Hyperelasticity [hal]
    • Plasticity [hal]
    • Bingham flows [hal]
    • Signorini contact problems
    • Obstacle problems
    • Maxwell time harmonic (DG & HHO)
    • More to come!!!
  • ProtoN: A library for fast Prototyping of Numerical methods. This library was born initially as a throw-away code to explore some other implementation possibilities for the HHO methods, however later started to be useful and it contains a preliminary implementation of the obstacle problem and a preliminary implementation of the Unfitted HHO [hal].

  • A Matlab demo for the 1D HHO method is available here.
